What is a pre-order?

'Pre-order' is the term used when an item is out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain timeframe and is available for pre-purchase. The estimated shipping date will be displayed under the size availability of a pre-order product. We will send you a pre-order confirmation email after you place your order to remind you that your item is on pre-order and will not be shipped straight away. On the rare occasion we experience a delay in the delivery of a pre-order style to us, we will contact you via SMS or email if you are located overseas.
When will I receive my order?

If you are located within Australia, you should receive your order within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed. We allow 24 hours to process an order before it is shipped. Orders to WA and remote areas usually take 3-5 business days to be delivered. All US orders are shipped via DHL Express and should arrive within 2-5 days. All other international locations take 5-15 business days, depending on the service used and the country we're shipping to.
How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number and link to the tracking website. If you opted to receive SMS updates at checkout, you will also be able to track your order via text. Please note, your order will only be trackable from 6pm AEDT after your parcel is picked up and processed by our couriers.
How do I view my orders?

To view your order history, head to the account section, login and navigate to the orders tab. You'll be able to see all your orders you've placed online with us here (with order number beginning with TM only) and the status of these orders. If you didn't create an account when you ordered with us, all you need to do is create one using the email address you used to place your order and your order will appear in your newly created account section.
How do I request a restock?

If a size or style you love is sold out, all you need to do is hit our 'Notify Me' link on the product page, select the size you want and enter your email address. If this one comes back in stock we'll send you an email with a link to your shopping bag for an easy checkout. We don't restock all styles, but if we do, we also post on Instagram so make sure you're following us to find out!
What is your sizing like?

Tiger Mist sizing is standard and more often than not true to size, however some products may vary depending on the label. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest selecting a size up, depending on the style of the garment. Sizing charts are located in the product descriptions and are to be used as a guide only. Our customer care team can always assist you with any sizing and fit queries you might have so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Why do I have to create a new account?

Creating a new account is super easy - you can log in using Facebook or your email address and you'll be remembered permanently so you shouldn't have to log in more than once. Any order you place with us beginning with TM will be listed in your account section under Order History.
How do I return an item?

You are more than welcome to return any full priced item once you have received an RA number from our customer care team. If you are located in Australia, your return needs to be received within 14 days of delivery. If you are located outside of Australia, you will need to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order and your return must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Sale items, items purchased during promotional periods, intimates, swim, jewellery, makeup and hair accessories are unable to be returned. How can I check my credit note or e-voucher balance?

If you've saved your credit note or e-voucher to your Apple Wallet, you can check your balance here. If you're online, you can check your balance at checkout.
How do I win a $500 wardrobe?
